Stride Strong PT and PT Solutions have devised this booklet, Home Exercise Program For Older Adults, to help patients grow and maintain their fitness while in quaratine. We understand this is a trying time for a lot of folks needing to quarantine and not having full access to gymnasiums and trainers. We believe this booklet of exercises could help vulnerable patients who cannot venture out as expeditiously in the time of Covid-19; and can also be useful for those patients who suffer from a de-conditioned status – from chronic illness like cancer or from Covid-19 itself.
This booklet contains a self-evaluation so you know just where to start and how much to push yourself, taking into account your level of fatigue, stamina, and exertion.
