At Stride Strong Physical Therapy, we believe a healthy body is a strong body. We are now offering one-on-one Personal Training at our clinic and gym in Hillsboro.
Our resident trainer, Tyler Lauderback, helps his clients achieve their physical goals by challenging their system through a myriad of strength-building, resistance training, and endurance fortifying exercises. Working closely in team with our Physical Therapists, Tyler is able to adapt his program to your goals – be it if you need continued strengthening after Physical Therapy, or if you want to get in shape, he can design a program customized and suited for you.
