Dr. Sydney Osborne DPT received her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon here she played a year of women's basketball, coached high school freshman women's basketball, traveled abroad studying factors contributing to longevity in Japan and worked as a Health Fitness Instructor/Personal trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Sydney then went on and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at A.T. Still University in Arizona and returned to Portland, Oregon where she has focused her experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting. Sydney's specialty includes pelvic rehabilitation, treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum care and other interconnected conditions of the pelvis, hip, and spine. She currently holds a Stott Pilates instructor certification for rehabilitation and uses a variety of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy approaches to restore joint symmetry, posture, gait and pain-free movement in all levels of patients.
